Steve Madden Women's Cate Ankle Boot

I first order these boots in a full size larger than I needed, because I read th reviews saying this boot ran very small. When I recieved the first order, the boot was way too big. I ordered it again in a size 8. When I recieved the second order, the boots fit with socks, but they were obvisously a return. The box had scotch tape all around it. They were not repacked well, and the color rubbed off on the side of the boot. I ordered it for a third time, and am waiting to see if they will be okay. I did note each time I ordered the boots it went up almost $5. So this last pair is costing almost $10 more than the original pair that I ordered, since I did not each an exchange option with this vendor.

Really nice quality, cute boot. My toes were hitting the edge of the shoe and there seemed to be a lot of pressure on them. My feet are kind of wide so that may be the issue.

These are pretty perfect for heeled, leather ankle booties. Most pointed shoes I've had in the past pinch and make my feet feel like they're going to explode after just a few minutes. I can actually stand wearing these for a few hours! I also like the unfinished leather at the top of the bootie. It gives it a nice gothic cowgirl edge. For the price, material and fit, I'd say these are a great find!

I want to love these but I've now gone through 2 pair that have not fit. I'm a true 7.5 and got that size first then sent back. Got a size 8 and have to send back again and finally think I'm going to have to get a size 9 just to be safe! Ugggggghhhhh

Well built. Look super expensive, but obviously are not.

These ankle boots are super comfortable and are real leather. Since purchasing I almost wear them everyday to work. I plan on purchasing more colors. I recommend sizing up one size if you wear socks with your boots. Overall great sturdy boots

but they run pretty small, you'll need to size up
