The Ryka Women's Influence Cross Trainer Sleet 12 M is an impressive addition to the athletic footwear market, specifically crafted for women looking to enhance their workout experience. The lightweight design plays a significant role, allowing for quick movements without feeling weighed down.
One of the standout features is the cushioning system. The N-Gage energy return foam does an excellent job at absorbing shocks, providing comfort even during prolonged wear. It makes this shoe ideal for dance fitness classes where quick pivots and jumps are involved.
Moreover, the anatomical insole adds vital support, particularly for those who may have arch and heel issues. If you've experienced discomfort in other trainers, this model's carefully considered engineering should alleviate some of those concerns.
However, it's essential to note that the fit may be narrow for some users, so trying them on before purchase could be beneficial if you have wider feet. Additionally, the color palette may seem limited for those seeking more variety. Overall, these shoes excel in their intended use, making them a valuable investment for any active woman.

I struggled with painful feet for YEARS and tried all sorts of footwear. These are the bomb, no cap. Okay, too enthusiastic? How about these are so comfortable that I now just buy them in various colors.I have tried other versions of Ryka, but I am not as impressed with them. These just have the right amount of support ( I find Hoka's have too much sole for me); the toe box is roomy and the heel narrow -- perfect. You will need to buy the wide if you have a "regular" foot though to get the roomier toe box, but don't worry, they do not make your feet look like barges coming in to dock. The color choices are good too. This one has a fun iridescence that rather looks like a dragon fly has landed on your feet, so if you like something more subtle, the vapor grey is great.
True to size and comfortable. Room in the toe box making them great for the gym.
Really luv the colors & think the style is really cool, but there r several things I don’t like about them. The toe box is a little too wide so that when I walk it bends ( like a crease) & rubs my small toe. All my sneaks r med width & never had this problem. On the left side of each sneaker is a kind of bulge right below the small toe where maybe people might have a bunion. I wondered if that’s what it’s for, but none of my other sneakers have it. Looks a little weird. The banding that goes around the sneaker is very rigid, not flexible at all. If u get a size that’s snug I think that may b uncomfortable. None of my other sneakers r like that, all of them r flexible. But this pr isn’t snug so it’s not a problem. The shoelaces r very flimsy (thin widthwise & thickness), but I don’t want to change them bcuz they match the trim. Lastly, but maybe most importantly, they have insoles that match the trim & shoelaces (dk pink) & the color leached out all over the bottom of my sox, & it doesn’t come out in the wash. Never had that happen in my life! So, after saying all that, I decided I liked the colors & style enough that I’d keep them. I’m going to wear a thicker sock so maybe it won’t rub my toe & hope eventually the color will stop running into my sox. When I wear them I wear the same sox so I don’t ruin a lot of them. I switch my sneakers every day (have 7 prs). Hope this helps!Forgot to say that the sneakers r comfortable (except for the toe rubbing)!I just wanted to comment on the review below mine about the “running shoe sole”. I feel the exact same way. Makes your feet look so much bigger. That’s why I like this style so much it’s kinda slenderizing. I’ll actually order another pair. I can’t stand all that extra rubber on the sole & behind your heel on almost all sneakers. Who needs to make your feet look bigger?
First, I have Plantar fasciitis and MS. I’m a heavy hot mess. I need to walk daily but shoes have absolutely let me down - constant pressure & pain which leads to back pain and then 1-2 weeks of me trying to recover so I can begin daily walks again. I have tried probably 40-50 different shoe types/brands and just haven’t had success. Incredibly frustrating, to say the least.Read a little article on “best arch support shoes” and these popped up on the list. Came to Amazon to snag a pair. Pleasantly surprised to find them at a reasonable price!Received them today. The sole of the shoes (the whole shoe, really) seem to be well made and durable. I’m coming off an MS flare and have been struggling for the last 3 days to just get around the house. I slapped these shoes on and walked around inside the house. I was scared at first because they feel super lightweight and the inside is a bit firm. But I wanted to give them a go.10 minutes in, I noticed my heel wasn’t as sore (massive win). 30 mins in, my lower back felt a little better (probably because I wasn’t compensating for the sore heel). Fast forward to 2+ hours in and my feet don’t hurt at all.I don’t know who made these or how or what magic they poured into them but THANK YOU. It’s so refreshing and freeing to put shoes on and have them be supportive, comfortable, and to help my feet not hurt. I honestly wish I could better convey how monumental this is. People who don’t hurt will not understand how massive a deal this is. I have kids and the prospect of not hurting when I walk is freeing. It means we can go and do things. Over and over again, thank you!*I will update this review after a few weeks of wearing and walking.
These shoes fit amazing, light, supportive and even new they kept me moving at Disney for 4 days straight. I have had 3 stress fractures in my feet and was worried about going to Disney with my asic running shoes so I gave these Rykas a shot and I am sold!
