Ryka Women's, Vida RZX Training Shoe

These athletic shoes are out of this world! The way that they are made is very lightweight but extremely supportive. Regardless of how long you wear them and what you are doing you are always comfortable and supported. These shoes are great for dance and Court work as well as working out gym or just to wear casually. I love the color. Normally I would not go for a basic black shoe but this is not basic. The photos on the website shows the gold threads that are throughout the entire fabric on the shoe. It is much more impressive when you look at it in person. Subtle but still very there! My feet are extremely sensitive and these shoes are totally comfortable whether you are wearing a sock or going without a sock. I was looking for performance in the athletic shoes that I buy and I've certainly found it with this brand! This is not the only pair I own. They are that good!

These are true to size, I'm a 9 - 9.5 street shoe and 10 in sneakers and these are a perfect fit. The toe box is slightly wider compared to Mizuno and Nike but I think it's great. I use them in the gym and for light cardio and training. There's not a lot of cushioning in the toe box, but I did not expect there to be since these are called training shoes. They are perfect for training and I'll stick with my Mizuno's for running.

Ryka makes a great shoe for Zumba and I love the clean white look of these shoes. I added new colorful shoe strings and they look sharp! They are comfortable and perfect for Zumba class. I ordered a 6 (normal size) but my toes hit the shoe front so a 6 1/2 was ordered for a better fit. They have a nice arch support and very comfortable.

I wore these for the first time to a work conference where I stood/walked for 9 hours straight. The true testament is zero blisters or sore spots. I also love the color combo❤️ The arch support is everything I need as well.

If only had one other pair of Ryka. As I have aged and my feet have changed as well as the maker of my favorite shoe, I thought I would try Ryka once more. I love the fit, the narrow heel and bigger toe box. I’ve found a new favorite shoe! Thank you Ryka

I ordered size 11 - which is around the 42.5 I use for jazzercise. Perhaps the other smaller sizes are different. The laces are oddly spaced and don’t create a good fit. Oddly, these shoes cause PAIN in the top, front part of my ankle. I relaces 2 alternate ways, but still had the sensation of a zip cord pulled right across the foot where the tongue of the shoe goes. I have never actually had a zip tie blind on my foot … but that’s the closest approximation I can describe if the sharp pain that occurred when I took a step forward.

Look, I wear a women's size 5.5 wide with high arches and it's nearly impossible to find shoes. The regular 5.5 in this style had a wide enough toe box that my short, fat little feet fit just fine. They were comfortable "no breaking in necessary" right out of the box, good arch support, springy and light. I loathe the color and these are still my new favorite shoes ever.

This shoe will not disappoint as a trainer. I use it often in gym classes. Provides just what I need on hardwood floors.
