I wear a womens 8.5, I ordered size 8.5. It was too small/short for my feet. I had to exchange them for a larger size. The exchange was a size 9. The size 9 is now a perfect fit. The shoe fits great, there is arch support and the heel of the shoe makes it feel like i have a bounce in my step. Im sure these shoes would make me a faster runner
Much lighter-weight than hiking boots but still sturdy with great support. Can replace insole with prescription orthotics. After fractured malleolus, I wore only Merrells for years. These do the job for everyday wear but don’t look like you’re on your way to the woods.
Extremely comfortable! Amazing support, and appearance wise is very appealing. Worth the money for sure. I wear these to teach and participate in cross training classes. Good stability for the strength and resistance portions of classes but also lightweight and comfortable to wear during cardio. The added ankle support from the strap won me over from the beginning. Only downsides, laces are a bit awkward and don’t stay very tight, they come undone fairly easy. And these seem to run a bit large. I’m usually a 7W but with these I think a full size down would work better!
They have some extra padding on the heel part which makes them so comfortable. They seem to run a little large but just this style runs large compared to other sized with the ryka brand
I've been trying to find a shoe to replace Ryka Women's RAE Walking Shoe which seems to have been discontinued. I like the low profile on this Graphite Training shoe, but it is nothing near the quality of all the other Ryka's I've owned. The sole feels flat and hard. My narrow feet feel a little pinched by the outside of the outsole. I'll probably wear these shoes for gym work, but don't think they are supportive enough for long walks.RYKA: If you're reading this, when are you coming back with the Ryka Women's RAE Walking Shoe?
These are really nice shoes . The only thing wrong is they are not wide enough. I have gotten ryka before and never had a problem with width. If your foot is wide just get a half size bigger. I would buy them again just a little bigger
So far so good. They are super comfortable. The tie plus Velcro closing system gives me a very secure fit. The pivot ball/circle on the bottom works well. Can't say about the durability but I have worn them for several months and love them so far. I wear them only to dance classes to minimize wear and tear. I bought them because the teacher and several other people wear them and like them. All in all, well worth the price.
I love the colors on the shoe and the style. When I first put them on, they felt like I was walking on clouds. They are not heavy and I wear them to work for 10-12 hours a day.The only thing I don't like, which is what influenced my overall rating, is the support. For high top shoes, you need the extra set of holes for the shoestrings going across and near the top of the tongue. This shoes does not have that which oftentimes have the tongue sliding around which makes the shoe uncomfortable. Then you can never have that tight shoe fitting as well because of the lacks of the extra set of holes which the shoes then becomes loose on my feet. I have to constantly tie them.I wanted to write a better review, but when I wear the shoes, these are the problems I am experiencing.
