Great fit, nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that they don't come all black, I work in the automotive industry and it's already covered in oil. So much for the white trim on the bottom . Haha.
Very comfy and fit me really well. Im on my second pair. The first pair held up well enough to warrant buying another. I am hard on boots. I go through several pairs a year usually. These may not have lasted as long as some of my much heavier all leather work boots, but the comfort and lighter weight make them easier to wear and they still provide the level of protection that I need for work.
Fit is outstanding and they are comfortable only down side is the souls start coming apart in about 9 months or so, and I walk about 9 to 10k steps a day
These boots shipped 2 days quick!!!they are most lightweight boot ever super hood looking and seem to be very durable .The material is wipe away clean ..I love them because my husband does and he is HARD TO PLEASE ,maybe in a nicer way he is getting older and his feet hurt him all the time .U won’t regret buying these boots they are TOP SHELF
A little smaller than my other Carhartt boots I have. The soft top of these makes them hard to slip into. They really need a loop the back to make it easier to pull them on.
I picked them up just to be a lighter option. Because of the summer heat I am a street utility plumber most of the time. In and out of trenches all day. They are proving to be comfortable, sturdy. I’m not sure if they are water proof I did get them wet. But not soaked.
The first day of wearing these boots was just okay, that is to be expected during the break-in process. Day 2 & 3 were better but I noticed my toes starting to hurt. After 2 weeks of wear I can barely tolerate wearing these for more than a few hours at a time. All I can figure is that once the stiff canvas uppers softened up and the leather broke in my foot tends to shift forward causing my toes to press against the safety toe. I would suggest going up one size if you have any doubts. I'm 6'3" 320lbs and these boots do have a good arch support, somewhat cushioned sole, and provide some impact absorbing when walking. If you need a lightweight safety shoe then this is your boot, if you need a "work boot" then pass this one over. I'm fortunate enough to have a job that only requires me to have safety shoes about 40% of the time on the clock so I thought these would be a viable option. Honestly, I wouldn't buy them again even if I did go up one size.
So obviously these are not what I’d call a heavy duty boot by any means. I knew that before I bought them and didn’t care. I was going for comfort over durability. That being said, I’m am very surprised how well they’ve held up.I have a pretty labor intensive job and work in a lot of mud and what not. Been wearing them for close to 4 months now and they show little to no signs of wear, other than some frayed laces. Definitely the most comfortable boot I’ve ever had. If these last me anywhere close to a year( average for my line of work) I will definitely be buying another pair. Forgot to also mention they are extremely lightweight***update*** a year in and still goin strong. Still love em
