I originally ordered my normal size (9.5) and they were WAY too big. So I got half a size down, and they were still too big. Otherwise the construction, appearance and feel is excellent! The rubber on the soles is super tough, I wore them everyday last winter and spring and they look virtually brand new. The grip on the soles is pretty good in most conditions but surprisingly bad on hard packed snow.
Nicely constructed boots. Look well made. Comfortable. Fit is about 1/2 size larger than indicated (received 10, fit like 10 1/2 - 11. Made in China.
These run about 3/4 of a size too big. They feel pretty good, but they're slightly snug around the front of the foot (will stretch out I expect) and a bit loose by the heel (had to add moleskin). Sole cushion is not great, so I added an insole (which is what made the front snug). All that sounds iffy, but I like them all lot. I've been wearing them hard everyday for a couple of weeks now, staying dry with rain or snow pretty much everyday, and I keep putting them on each morning despite having plenty of other options in the closet. Easily worth the $95 I paid for them.
run a little big .I had to return for a half size smaller. I normally wear red wings and these run about the same. the pull right on and dont eat socks any more than all pull on boots
I usually wear a 9 women's wide or 8 men's in boots. I ordered a 7.5 men's wide and they were way too large so I exchanged for a 7 and unfortunately there wasn't any difference between the sizes. I would need to go to the women's in order to get a smaller boot but they don't have women sizes in wide so I'm making the men's 7 work with added insoles. They make them slide around less and a perfect fit with thick socks. Other than the sizing, I love these boots. They're exactly what I was looking for.. wide, full grain leather, not much of a heel, waterproof and lightweight. I should also note that I just wear these for everyday use and not for actual "work".
I like Wolverine work boots. But these were a regular 12. The length was good. But they are really loose around the foot and my heel would slip up and down. I had to put an insole to stop my heel from from moving.
After many attempts we finally gifted what we bought since we couldn’t get the sizing right. Turned out ok as our son loves them!
