i am an amateur bowler. I bought these because I am allergic to the disinfectant they use to clean rental shoes at bowling alleys, and your socks can get soaked in them! i bowl 5-10 times a year, and shoes are $3-$4 to rent, so these will pay for them selves in a year or two! i got sick of throwing my socks away. these shoes are also so much more comfy and they seem like they are really well made and they don't look cheap at all. they are actually cuter and nicer than many of my regular shoes, and i wear really nice shoes! the cute floral print matches my energy well and jives with my life. I never thought I would get this much pleasure out of my bowling shoes. I am between an 8-9 and I like extra room, and I exchanged the 8 for the 8.5. Perfect fit. These are definitely worth the $10-$15 extra dollars compared with the cheapest bowling show options out there. if you are considering them, just get them!
Although these shoes are as described and super cute they run one size smaller than regular tennis shoes. Otherwise very comfortable.

Received these two days ago and wore them today for the first time. Three games later, seemed to work well. No sticking on the lanes. They were a bit snug when I first tried them on, so I wore them in my home for short stints to try to stretch them a bit. Bought size 6-1/2, which is my regular size, but I usually get wide width in sports shoes. They were tight, but not uncomfortable. Very light and very pretty. The blue/pink colors are nice.

True to size, material not cheap and these kept me from slipping while bowling.
