I bought these shoes for a month-long bowling class through my college so I wouldn't have to wear rentals every day and I am SO GLAD I did. I wasn't sure how much I'd like them after reading the mixed reviews, but they are amazing. I normally wear an 8.5, and was scared they'd be small so I ordered a 9. I actually think an 8.5 would have fit fine, but a little extra room is okay, especially if you like to wear thicker socks. I don't think I have narrow feet, and the width of these is perfect, no squeezing. They are super cute, they just look like normal shoes - my boyfriend couldn't even tell they were bowling shoes until I told him. I get tons of compliments on them and they are a great value for being only $45!

Full disclaimer: I am not an avid or experienced bowler. I just bought a house right down the street from a bowling alley and happen to find a used - like new deal for $28, and with the cost of rentals plus the peace of mind of not having to put my foot into gross rentals, these babies will pay for themselves in no time.That being said, I thought the slide in these was great and the plaid pattern is so cute! However, you need to size up! If you have a narrow foot, you might be able to get away with a 1/2 size up, but if you’re on the wider side of normal go a full size up. If you’re a true wide, these might not Work at all. As others say they definitely run small. But once you’re in the right size bowling in them felt really good right out of the box, and I’m pretty sure they had never been used even though the listing said they had been

These bowling shoes are perfect! Just enough "fun"ky (as bowling shoes should be) and comfortable. At first I worried they'd be too narrow but I use no show socks and they are perfect. I LOVE THEM!!!
Ordered for my sister. She absolutely loves them and they look and fit well on her feet.
Very cute bowling shoes. I had to return because they were so narrow across the instep where the stitching is and the laces. I couldn't lace them at all and they hurt at the point where the stitching across is at the bottom of the laces. Had good toe room, I have a fat big toe and they didn't rub on top.
Love these shoes. They fit perfectly and look great. I get compliments every time I bowl. Great quality as well, I highly recommend.
