These boots are beautiful and are true to size, but the arch isn't as high or padded as other BZee shoes/boots I own. I have a very high arch and older BZees just feel better. Maybe other customers complained that the arches were too high or BZees wanted to save some money on manufacturing. But the rubber soles of the BZee boots I have worn almost every day during the fall and winter for past three years or so have worn down considerably and they're so smooth I'm afraid I will slip on ice or snow wearing them, so I had to replace them.

I absolutely love these boots wore them to an event and they are stylish and so comfortable. I bought several wide width boots in different brands looking for something comfortable and stylish. Hands down these are the best! Bought several styles from this brand.
Love these boots! I have other bzees boots but these are at least a little more stylish and washable to boot, LOL
