Product | Comfort Level | Durability | Style |

When it comes to evaluating the Rocky Men's RKW0117 Western Boot, it's essential to consider comfort, quality, and usability. The standout feature of these boots is the 8-Layer Rocky Ride Comfort System, which provides comprehensive support that tackles long hours on your feet. Each layer—from the orthotic form to the rubber outsole—works together to create a flexible yet stable boot that adapts as you move. The full-grain leather upper not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but ensures durability and resilience against wear and tear.
In terms of style, the dark brown color and 11-inch height contribute to a classic western look that pairs well with both work attire and casual outfits. The square toe design adds an element of ruggedness while providing ample room for your toes, making it a great fit for various foot shapes.
However, like any product, the Rocky RKW0117 does have its drawbacks. Some users report that the boots can feel heavy compared to lighter alternatives. Additionally, there may be a break-in period where the boots feel less comfortable until they adapt to your foot shape. Nevertheless, the overall quality and comfort tend to outweigh these minor issues, making these an excellent investment if you’re looking for high-performing cowboy boots.

Love the boots. Great quality!
He truly loves them and he can work in them as they are steel toed.
Definitely get a size smaller from what you wear. Great so far.
I had to return them because they were too big for me… but the quality of the boots surprised me, I had never used the rocky brand before.
Got these for my son ,16 yrs old, who is 6ft, probably over that, and close to 200lbs. The boots are 10.5 wide and they fit perfectly. He even has some room in them. The color and look of these boots are awesome.
I wear size 12-13.I order a 12 M because of all the reviews stating they run large and it feels just a tad to big. Try 11.5m first. I have a wide foot so M fits well W might be to wide.Came back with an update after wearing these boots a few more times. The description states that the boots were waterproof and that was really important to me. Well after stepping in a puddle and standing there for about 20 seconds or less the boot was waterlogged. Save your money and buy a quality boot. Im about to go out and buy Twisted X boots. After doing some research these boots were never manufactured as waterproof and the amazon description is inaccurate. Had these boots been manufactured as waterproof Rocky would’ve have replaced them under warranty. Amazon refuses to admit their mistake and make things right. Disgusted that I am paying for their incompetence in properly listing a product description.
So everyone who wrote reviews said to buy one smaller size than you usually wear and I thought it was over exaggerating but I bought a half size smaller...its too big. Great looking boot but just too big. I wear it for work and in water regularly. It says its waterproof but it really isn't. Water seeps in after a few seconds and you have damp feet the rest of the day. Overall they are decent but not worth the $130. They do have good traction on the ground in various conditions. Just buy a full size smaller and just know that it wont be fully waterproof.
My husband bought these as an alternative to the classic lace up work boot and he loves them. He is a mechanic so the steel toe is a must and he loves the way they look and feel. I waited a few weeks to write this to see how he liked them. He liked these boots so much that he ordered another pair yesterday. My husband is a big and tall guy and he says these are more comfortable then any work boot we have bought in the past 6 or 7 years.
