The boots seem to be decent quality and fit as expected.Another couple of notes, the boots had obviously been returned as a label had been ripped off of the outside of the box, and the box was very damaged. The boots were in decent shape though, aside from the cockroach in one of them. I tried the boots on immediately after arrival and upon removing one of my feet was surprised to find bug guts and bits all over my sock. Not so ideal.
I did the wardrobe try out the first pair I got my husband the wrong size but the boots were perfect though too bad I got the wrong size... got it sent back in time not charged... that’s a plusthe second pair I got wasn’t so they were repacked not in the original box they were squished in transit and one of the boots had glue smothered on it but other than that the boot fit perfect I tried to get a discount but only option is to send them back for a replacement my husband needs them for Xmas so it will be risky sending them back and not getting his boots in time for Xmas we figured we’d keep them for the full price $170 since they are for work after we figured the glue stain isn’t such a big deal but overall not happy with the experience...
Best and toughest boots I’ve ever had!!!
Ive worn Rockys for years and they never disappoint. These boots were pretty stiff out of the box but after a week of wearing them for work every day, they have broken in nicely. And they are truly waterproof
I had two pairs of these boots that were made in China. I liked them so good I ordered two more pairs in case they were discontinued. The two pairs I received were labeled the correct size, but are way too small. The only difference I see on the label is the pairs that are too small were made in Dominican Republic and the two previous pairs that I like so well were made in China. The two new pairs are not even consistent with each other. I will be returning them and go back to purchasing boots that I can try on first and save everyone’s time.
Comfortable boots I’ve ever wornWork boots
I wear a size 14M. 2 years ago I bought the same boots in 14m, and they were too small so I purchased the 15W and they fit perfectly. So now I wanted to replace them and ordered the 15W. They were huge on me! I removed and compared the two insoles of my old 15W versus the new "too large" 15W. The new 15W were a 1/2" longer and wider than my old pair. So I returned the new 15W and reordered the boots in 14M. They fit perfectly, just like the old 15W did. It almost appears that Rocky realized that the waterproof lining made the boot too small/tight so now they are making them larger now so they will fit true to size. Besides the sizing issue, the boots are great! These are my 2nd pair.
The feeling i get (as expected,) when I wear my rockies, out on the wet n muddy jobsite. After a week of 10-12 hr. days in rain & mud. (Outside of the boots had no chance to dry) my feet were as dry as a popcorn fart. (As expected). The Boot fit for a King, but value priced for a pesant.
