Ordered size 7M because that is the size I wear with ALL other shoes and these boots are much too small. Can’t even get my foot all the way in the boot. Completed my return via Amazon and it says I’m responsible for shipping back item. Why do I need to pay for the shipping to return this item when their boots run small. This is my very first pair of Cowboy boots. I will NOT reorder item because I fear they may not fit correctly and would be my responsibility to pay for return shipping. 😡
Way too small. Tried on a pair of Justin boots at the local saddle shop to get size correct before ordering. Ordered the size and when they showed up I couldn't get my foot half way in. Another wonderful product made in China. Will return and buy something else. Sorry Justin, I guess it's time to give up on your once awesome products.
