I received my boots yesterday and wore them all day, and then all night to a party in the woods; never once did my feet begin to hurt. They're quite comfortable for narrow tipped boots and I have very wide feet. Just remember when ordering these boots, you have to order a whole size larger than your actual shoe size. I did this because I read in another review to do so, and they fit absolutely perfect. Just a half size smaller and they would have definitely hurt my feet.Yes, they're made in China, but one would have never guessed so. They are made very well and have a very nice quality look to them. They were exactly what I was hoping for and even exceeded my expectations.I am very happy with these boots and may even purchase an identical pair to replace these ones for when they've outlived their life. I feel that the price was well worth it and I highly recommend them.. buy these boots, I think you'll love them as well as I do. :))Update: 12/24/15I've had these boots going on four years now. I still love them, and they're still like the day I bought them. Granted I don't wear them daily, but they definitely get their fair share of use and have held up beautifully; even without leather conditioner.These are great for any occasion, or even daily use. I use them for a little bit of everything such as concerts, dress party's, going out for a night on the town, etc. I love them, and so do the ladies!I still recommend these boots highly!
Probably the best combination of good looks and quality you can get for such a modest price. I've had these for over 6 months now and they still look great - The color/leather is surprisingly scuff and scratch resistant and the metal trim at the front and rear is sturdy so it wont be bending out of shape every time you happen to knock them into something. The top portion is so soft right out of the box, you don't even feel it on your calf. The leather over the foot portion is thin, but reinforced with other material underneath and is holding up very well. That being said, these may not last as well if employed as true work boots - but with the height of the heel, it's not what they're design for anyway. When brand new, the soles are unbelievably slippery, especially on carpet. So go out in the driveway and do the twist for a couple minutes and you'll have plenty of grip. I replaced the straps with a different style, but that's just personal taste. As for comfort, I can wear these all day and my feet feel great.
Looks good and a good fit
I was looking for cowboy boots to go SASS shooting. I have an all black get-up. Silver guns. Silver bullets. Silver buckles. I was looking for black boots with silver on them. These fit the bill. I do NOT wear them all day. The comfort is OK...not uncomfortable, though. I wear an 11 EE shoe. I got 11 EEE. I was looking for a little more width in the toe area as they are pointed boots and I wanted my tootsies to be comfortable. They are a little big in length and OK in the toes. Any narrower and I would have returned them. I got them to fit a little better by cutting the toes off a "thicker" pair of socks and wearing them over a thin pair of socks. That allowed for no bulk in the toes... which made them comfortable in the toes and the thicker/double pair of socks in the arch and the ankle/heel made them fit perfectly in those areas.They now fit fine and they look just like I wanted for my outfit for shooting. I hope this helps.
Very good fit and quality I'm impressed with them
I loved this boot! I bought three different pairs of boots in basically the same style but from different companies. This boot won me over! It was so nice and comfortable. Walking felt wonderful considering I have really bad feet! This boot made my day! It looks amazing! Above all, this boot is tops!! I WILL buy it again!
Nice looking boot, but very uncomfortable. Not enough cushion
I love these boots. This is the 4th pair. I've had over the last 10 or 15 years. I usually remove all the hardware. That's a little too bling for me. But the leather is super soft and the boots are very comfortable and they wear well. One pair that I wear for dress up and another pair that I wear when riding my motorcycle.
