The photos are a little confusing.I believe the first and last photos of the "brown" boot is actually the "powder brown" matte color. The rest of the photos, are correct - the "powder bronze brown" boot is a shiny, medium-dark brown with bronze inlay, and turquoise stitching. I thought I was getting a light tan matte boot, so I didn't realize I was getting the color I got...But I'm so glad I got the one I did! Let me say this, when I opened the boot box I literally gasped "omg, this is SO beautiful"! I was going to a party and planned on wearing a pale turquoise sundress and cowboy boots - I didn't want my look to scream Western, but I wanted a hint of modern boho-country. The turquoise stitching on the boot coordinated perfectly with my dress and the bronze was a nice touch of girly glitz, but in a subtle way. They definitely get noticed because they're just gorgeous! These boots are like an accessory, so I kept my dress and jewelry simple. I can also see these showcased with jeans, leggings or a prarie skirt.Ariats eye on quality is amazing. The stitching - the color and the fit of this boot is perfect. All that leather smells wonderful and there's so much attention to detail! Even the packaging is detailed and high-end to maintain the boots shape. It was packed with care. I purposely chose a wide size and square toe for comfort and room for cushioned socks. I also prefer the more modern look of a square toe. The wide size had plenty of wiggle room for a sock. I didn't have any blisters or issues wearing it for the first time. If you don't plan on wearing thick socks or you prefer a tighter fit, you don't need to order in wide.I think it's best to try different styles. I had ordered a pointed-toe boot by the same maker and had difficulty walking as it hit my shins at an odd angle. When you find the right style/color and fit - you'll fall in love!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOTS, these are the first boots i’ve owned since i was a child, they’re beautiful, i’d give it a 5 star but one fit perfectly but the other was a bit too small, i have a wider foot do to something in the past, but i did a little hack i learned and stretched it out so it fits well, totally worth all the money, and they’re quality is very nice
I bought these boots because of the width. I had foot surgery and needed something comfortable. They were very soft and of great quality. However, they didn't fit as well as I'd hope. They're very cute to wear with any dress.

I have at least 10 pair Ariat if not more. I’m really a city motorcycle riding cowgirl! Ariats usually run large. I wear a perfect 11 no matter what type of shoe. My heels are narrow and the rest is normal. Ordered two pair of the boots. Different upper color; if that makes sense. The first pair was delivered on my job. Size 11. The label said a woman’s 11. Actually, it was a man’s 11. Had to be!!! The same identical pair ( different upper color) came later in the day at my home. I ordered that pair in a 10. PEFECT!!! I think the company mislabeled a man’s boot for a woman’s. HAD TO!! Because the 11 boot fit a man. The next pair ( delivered at home) was perfect. I’mSending the BIG 11 back and reordering a 10. I think even the woman’s 11 would be too big. The 10 is perfect!! Although, I like wearing thick socks. I didn’t see 10.5 as an option for women.
