Absolutely awesome boots. One note all my other Ariats have run big, these do not. They are true to size, I sized down a half size like I usually do with Ariat and they were too small so had to exchange. But regardless these boots are terrific. Totally comfortable right out of the box and very little break in, tons of compliments.
Ordered these boots here from Ariat store. Waited two weeks nothing... Called them ...they were being shipped. Five days later they canceled. Customer service contacted me to see how I liked boots. Huh? Let me splain... OMG so sorry, but I am looking at the inventory and it says we still have them. You should reorder, but this time directly from Ariat.com. Color me skeptical but ok. Reordered... waited two weeks nothing. Called customer service... yes sir boots have shipped let me get you tracking number... waited on hold for 15 minutes... finally lady came back. Hmmm no tracking number. Boots were canceled next day. That was month ago. I am still getting emails asking me to review purchase. I ended up buying Laredo and love them. Will never buy Arait again. I would think twice if I were you.
