I ordered two pairs (10.5 DM) of the Ariat boots of which one fits great and the other is a bit tight. I never had that before with Ariat boots. I am looking for a solution for that. This is my 7th pair of Ariat boots and I am very satisfied with them. The quality of the entire boot is amazing and so is the finishing and the comfort. These are the only boots I wear !This time I had them shipped to Europe. I did not expect to have to pay 85 USD on Import taxes.... (when importing one pair, you don't have to pay,; I wish I had known them in advance then I would have ordered two pairs, one at a time, with an interval of a few days between) Here upon, I contacted the seller on several occasions and got prompt answers... They explained the situation and even though they said they could not possibly foresee how much taxes would be charged to me, they offered me 10% discount on my next order. The replies from the seller are prompt and they do assist with any issue you may have, but they can be more courteous and friendly in my opinion. All in all, I can only but give the boots and the seller 5 points as I am very satisfied with the product and the prompt assistance from the seller.
I will start off by saying the build quality is impeccable but for the price it should be.It is a true to fit boot, toe box being square, there is plenty of room and I bought my normal shoe size and there’s a perfect amount of heal slip!! Very happy with the boots just hope they hold up as long as my $100 Justin’s have for over 8 years as this is my first pair of “expensive” boots…
Oh my goodness! These are my son's favorite new boots! He loves the feel of the boot sole as much as the look. Very comfortable for all day wear in school, and so stylish. These knock it out of the park! Great boot at a great price.
I have had a few different pairs of this style of boot, the only difference was the color. I have had them for months to a year or so but always lost them to my dog at some point in the puppy phase. I usually wear around a 10 1/2 or an 11 in boots and these fit well a little snug across the top of the foot and that may be due to them being new or the thickness of my socks. I find these boots to be quite comfortable and they look pretty darn good. These are a little more dressy than my every day wear boots and I like that the leather is a little nicer or decorative you might say. I have not bought 2 or 3 pairs of this model and will continue to buy them as needed as long as they carry them in stock.
Most comfortable boot I’ve owned
I ended up returning these because they were to small, about a half size to small. This was my first pair of western boots and i ordered my exact size, but i think they fit different. That is the ONLY reason i sent them back, these boots are beautiful and the quality is fantastic, i hated to send them back. These are fantastic boots and i highly recommend them !I really wanted another pair of the correct size, but since Amazon is charging me to return them i cannot afford to buy another pair to fit me...i am a little upset about that because these were a gift from my son to wear to my mothers funeral in January.
Best feating pair of boots I’ve ever had .
We have had these boots for a little over a month and the heel is falling off one of the boots. We purchase Ariat boots 1 to 2x a year for my husbands job. Very disappointed in the quality of this pair of boots.
