The Mizuno Women's Wave Sky 6 truly excels in multiple categories that matter to runners. One of the standout features is the MIZUNO ENERZY CORE, which maximizes energy return and provides a plush feel underfoot, making your runs more enjoyable. The cushioning technology employed through the MIZUNO WAVE plate disperses impact effectively, ensuring stability and comfort even on challenging terrains.
Moreover, the stretch woven upper offers breathability and a snug fit without compromising movement or flexibility. This is particularly beneficial during longer runs, where foot swelling can often lead to discomfort. You will appreciate the sustainable approach with the use of recycled materials, aligning your purchase with eco-conscious values.
On the downside, some runners might find the fit somewhat narrow initially—especially if you have wider feet. While the shoes provide excellent performance, the price may deter budget-conscious consumers. Additionally, options beyond the vibrant Neo Lime/Ancient Water color combo could be limited, which might influence those looking for more variety in their footwear.
In summary, the Mizuno Women's Wave Sky 6 Running Shoes offer an impressive blend of performance, comfort, and sustainability, making them a top contender among women's running shoes.

Great shoes, and so comfortable. This is a great narrow/skinny foot shoe.
Great shoes just sizing is a size smaller than your true size so size up
Love these shoes and love the color. I admit they are a bit "floppy" feeling but with plantar faciitis it's really something that I need. Very soft and comfy but I get why some say "too soft." It just depends on the person. I had to buy a size larger than what I usually wear as they run small.
Nothing
I tried on several brands at my local running store and these were by far the most comfortable. I suffer from plantar fasciitis so I wanted something comfortable that had support. I found these same shoes on Amazon for $50 less than the running store and ordered them. So far, I absolutely love them!
Have worn Mizuno for years, they have definitely changed. Bought 1/2 size up after trying multiple pairs. It was still more snug in the toe box than previous years. This shoe has nice cushion, but I am not sure I like the placement and the "rocker" effect that it creates. I desparately needed new shoes, and was not having much success, so kept this anyway.
I didn’t realize how bad I needed a new pair of walking/running shoes until I put these on! The comfort level is amazing and the color gets me motivated to get moving! Sizing is perfect no need to size up or down!
