By far the best of all water shoes I've ever tried. With foot neuropathy, getting sand or pebbles in my shoe while in the river or lake is THE WORST and can ruin the whole day. I have tried 6 different kinds. These are by far the best yet.These keep all the pebbles, sand, and everything out when I'm in the lake/river!The sole grips WELL and has prevented several falls on slippery wet rocks, where I started to lose my balance and slide and the shoes held on tight.Because of the "exterior shell" that surrounds the "sock" part of the shoe, I also feel like the top of my feet are more protected than in typical water shoes. These feel very sturdy and have GREAT cushioning/support – good for longer walks where water may involved.I use them on super hot days even for dry walks/activities because they breathe so well my feet stay cool and they're comfy without socks. No blisters have occurred.I've walked in the river and walked 1+ miles with them wet. They drain well and are comfortable for walking even when they're wet.The only downside: Very Very little arch support. Still on the hunt for sturdy water shoes or wet/dry walkers with good arch support...
I love the shoe but I wish that it was true to size. They were about half inch too short and I hit my toes against the shoe. Wish I could keep them and didn't have to return.
Used these twice since I ordered them and they are great for hikes. 1st time I used them for a hike up a water fall and used them again for a hike up a rain forest and both times were a success. The shoes dry really fast so I didn't feel like I was walking around with wet shoes. Definitely recommend.
These are terribly slippery. I ended up just being barefoot after falling multiple times on wet ground outside any water. A death trap in a shoe.
Great product , size need to be bigger
I got my wife a pair - I have had mine for 2 more years and she finally wanted to try them. They are now her favorite shoe to wear in or out of the water for the summer.These are lightweight but give you a firm sole that holds up for hiking to water and everything in between.Merrell quality once again.
Wore these in Europe for 3 weeks and they were wonderful during that duration. Very fashion forward shoe.
