Defective boot. I have the same boots in black same size and they are fine. Manufacturers defect! now I have to wait 2 more weeks for replacement very disappointed!
Once I get the boots on they are comfortable and warm but they are so hard to get on. The zipper is so small and can hardly get my foot in the boot
These are a really cute little boot. I ordered a 9 and a 91/2 as I wear a 9 1/2 in a Sketchers sneaker. The 9 fitted best. The zip is a big help in getting them on. They look great with leggins and narrow jeans.The soles are very solid and have a good grip and the uppers are realy smart looking.I highly reccomend them. I am a big Sketchers fan.
