I hate the cheap vinyl and nylon shoes. I bought this pair because they are leather. I will be using them for outdoor work. Since they're leather, I was able to spray them with waterproofing treatment. Wore them today and they are so comfortable. I typically buy expensive sneakers and work shoes in the $150 range and this pair of Saucony shoes is as comfortable as the high dollar brands. The insole feels high quality and the arch support is good. Very well cushioned. Walked about 3 hours in them and could've kept going. I am surprised and pleased at how well they fit and feel. I typically wear an 8 in sneakers but I bought these in a 7.5 wide (my true shoe size) and they fit perfectly! Plenty of width in the toe box. The leather is developing small creases, which is typical of good leather shoes and I'm betting they'll become even more comfortable as I "break them in".
As an older (age 70) but active woman, I needed a shoe for walking . Until now I’ve bought running shoes but due to arthritis and some near bone on bone interactions in my big toe joint it was getting more difficult to keep walking each day. With these shoes I’ve been able to continue walking with little to no pain. I bought my usual size 8 and they fit well. I have a low arch and this shoe doesn’t cause any problems with that. Sometimes the arch support is too high and is painful on a low arch but this shoe has been fine. We also have a small farm and between chores and my daily walks I average between 9000 and 16000 steps a day with comfort. The shoes appear well constructed and other than being dusty so far show very little wear and tear.
I bought these as they were all white, exactly what I wanted and they are leather uppers. I use other Saucony's for my walking shoes when I'm exercising, but a plain white pair works with jeans, shorts, etc when I'm running errands and I didn't want running shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box, but all my saucony's have been. They fit exactly as I expected, since I'm losing weight, I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I had been wearing and they were perfect. They are great to be able to wipe off any dirt, etc that may get on them. The price was awesome, as I don't care if they are current "models" or last years so I buy what I like. They are light weight, but a little heavier than my running shoes, but I wasn't disappointed and they are so comfortable, did I already mention they are comfortable!
This is probably my tenth pair of these and the quality has not changed one bit. They are comfortable and supportive. They can be found in black, too, which I like for travel.

I have long loved these shoes. Always a good fit and comfortable.Delivered fine but the shoes inside the box looked as if someone had tried them on and threw them back in the box. The laces were all pulled out, the tong on one shoe was pushed down and shoe was creased. The paper that is usually inside on new shoes was under the shoes in the box.Not up to Amazons standard. Love the shoes, disappointed in packaging of shoes themselves. Paid for new shoes and got some that looked like they were off a discount rack.
I’ve had many popular brand walking tennis shoes, but these shoes are my new favorite. The sizes are exact, the fit is spot on and the comfort is great! I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
