The performance of the Ryka Women's Impress Walking Shoe is particularly noteworthy. The exceptional cushioning provided by the memory foam insole ensures that you can walk longer distances without discomfort. Whether you are hitting the pavement or strolling through your neighborhood, the cushioned support retains its integrity throughout your walk.
Moreover, the design caters especially to women. Its narrower heel accommodates those who often struggle with shoes designed for a unisex audience. This tailored fit is complemented by a roomier toe area, allowing for natural toe splay, which is essential for any fitness enthusiast.
From a materials standpoint, the breathable mesh helps maintain airflow, keeping feet cool even during intense workouts. Coupled with the faux leather accents, the shoe strikes a balance between durability and style.
Ease of use is another highlight, thanks to the lace-up closure that ensures a snug fit while the pull tab simplifies putting them on or taking them off after a long day.
Lastly, the weight of each shoe at 192 g is commendable, making them feel light on your feet, which is something you will appreciate during your walks.

Having tried numerous manufacturers I was convinced there was no such thing as a comfortable walking shoe and began a quest to find a pair that felt good on my feet. My research led me to read numerous Amazon advertisements & reviews before deciding to order Rykas because they design shoes specifically for women’s feet! The first pair looked great but felt too big on my feet. However, the next pair was a completely different style which Amazon had sent a, “You might like this” message that exactly matched my search! They were discounted as a slighted used return but they looked comfortable & gorgeous! They fit perfectly & felt COMFORTABLE! The next day I wore them on our four mile hike and they felt great! The Ryka Impress was MY perfect match. The sizing was correct according to their measurement with enough room to add silicone arch pads under the insole if needed, have generous toe room to accommodate my “Duck Feet”, great stability & structure, no sliding forward or heal rubbing, soles have excellent grip on pavement, gravel or rock & the memory foam insoles are heavenly🙏Thank you Ryka & thank you Amazon
I've bought three pairs of ryka shoes now and have loved them all. It's time I submit a review. They will be my go-to tennis shoe from here out unless quality changes. Perfect fit, great sole support, just the right amount of arch support. I wasn't too thrilled about the color but I bought them to wear to the gym, so I don't need to care about looks as much as function. These shoes are mostly white but also a slight pastel blue and pink which is cute. All of my pairs have held up well. Well worth the money.
Love the light grey shade and color splashes. Fit is good -- I've owned so many over the years and they are always comfy for working out and walking. With this pair, I cannot use my orthotics because the footbeds aren't removable. That's just a bit annoying. Still a good value for the cost.
Very good walking shoes
Have worn these for years! Great fit!
I bought these shoes is April. It's now October and they're falling apart. Also, not as comfortable as the Devotion models. I don't like the heel drop. I used these sneakers specifically for walking., but found that my back hurt after walking in these. Won't buy this model again. I do like the Devotions for walking and they seem to hold up better
I like the look of these shoes. They are comfortable. HOWEVER, I’ve only had them for 3 months and the bottom and edges are shedding material; and the inside heel is peeling. For 70 bucks, they should hold up longer!! Very disappointed in the end.
As I see, I cannot trust the majority of the reviews. These shoes are not comfortable; they are very hard, it does not bend at all and after wearing for 15 minutes my toes start to hurt. I been wearing them with a very thick sucks and hoping to break in a little bit. It was my mistake for not have return earlier.
