It looks like this was a returned pair of shoes. Pretty disappointed to find something spilled on shoes that are supposed to be new. The vendor obviously didn’t check their product before shipping! I did not select a used pair for purchase. The shoes do appear to be clean on the inside thankfully. The spots did washed off. The shoes are a nice dark silver and the sole/laces are a muted light gray. They are very light weight and accommodate orthotics easily. The insert is removable and not glued in. They sole is soft like a tennis shoe but rigid enough to support orthotics. The outer upper material is soft so I wonder how they will hold up over time. The toe box creases so if you don’t like that, don’t buy these shoes. I would have been happy with them if they hadn’t come with the obvious used flaws. I’m guessing someone wore them for a night and then returned. :(
These shoes fit well, are sturdy, and have stability.
I depend on Rockport for my busy, on-my-feet-a-lot lifestyle, but these may be my all-time favorite pair. They add a little polish to a casual look, and I’ve even worn them to church. Great support, and comfort. I love them!
