I have always liked the Vista Walker and have never been disappointed. The one time I tried another Propet walking shoe, The Life Walker, I found that the last was not the same--the fit was terrible and I felt as if I were wearing heavy boots. So I returned to the Vista Walker and, as usual, am very happy with them. I notice that they are now made in China--my first ones were made in the U.S.A. What's happening? and it doesn't give me much comfort that the size and fit will remain the same.,
Quality shoe. A bit narrower than others I have had in this brand and similar style.
I ordered this brand a year ago in a women's size 11. I work 8 hours on my feet. The shoe was excellent. Then I ordered this style shoe in the same size. Same brand as the last pair because they were so comfortable. I put the new pair on and went to work and my feet were killing me. I thought maybe I just had to break them in. So I wore them the next night and the same thing. Real tight and crunching my toes. When I got home I got the first pair out and put the shoes against each other sole to sole. This pair was almost an inch shorter. The size read 11 but it wasn't. Very disappointed with this transaction. I've already used the shoes and I don't have the time or the money to be bothered to send them back.
I'm a die-hard Propet fan and these shoes are great! There is a bit more wiggle room for toes. As a diabetic I am sensitive to my toes pressing against the shoe when I walk and these give me the room I wanted. Another plus is the smooth top looks a bit nicer than regular tennis so I can get away wearing them when sneakers would be too casual. Love 'em!
As soon as I put them on I knew they're perfect. Very seldom does shoes fit like that when you first put them on. Extremely comfortable and very good quality.
I'm disappointed in these shoes, but I'm wearing them anyway. They hurt my feet when I wear them all day, but they're okay for a couple of hours. As much as they cost, they should be more comfortable.They look just like some shoes I had a few years ago that were the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. But these shoes are not like those shoes at all. The only thing good I can say about these shoes is that I have room to wiggle my toes.
ok i have feet shaped like a brick (size 7 1/2 2E) and shoe shopping is an unpleasant chore. i ordered these using the p/n from the last pair that i had purchased in a local store. Because of the great price i got 2 pair, i use these for work and every day so i hope to extend the life of each by rotating them. while both pair of shoes fit i was surprised to find that i could tell a slight difference in each pair. just a very slight difference, but if i had not known how these shoes "break in" and stretch (being leather) i might have been put off a bit but i could not be happier with the product, quality, and fast delivery
