Very comfortable on the first wearing; without socks there is no rubbing and feet stay cool! Although the profile of this shoe appears to have a narrowed toe area, there is plenty of room for wiggling toes. Similar profile to the Tour Walker design. To the contrary, the Vista Walker appears much more rounded in the toe but not enough room for the big toe in the same size.
Comfortable, lightweight and forms to your feet. Almost like they were made for you... However not holding up as well as I'd hoped. :-/ I've waited to write a review til I had a clear idea on what I thought of them... not sure I'd buy these again...
I have had problem feet my entire life. Athletic shoes were degrees of uncomfortable. I have never owned a comfortable pair before. I have bunions, wide feet, and flat feet. A trifecta of pain. Shoes give me blisters, even wide shoes. I started to hunt for "extra wide" shoes and found these. I almost didn't order because the reviews seemed to be all over the place. The mesh could be a problem on rainy days but in general, the mesh gives them extra lightness and flexibility. They are like wearing a cloud on your feet. So lightweight. They are actually comfortable for me. My first pair of comfortable shoes ever! I ordered the bright blue just because they had my size but isn't so bad with the bright, neon trend in sneakers lately. (My feet aren't painful enough to commit to hideous footwear! These aren't bad at all. Though more color options would be nice and I'll definitely be checking back to stop up on another pair. Hint, Hint, Propet.)I truly never knew that shoes didn't have to hurt. I can't tell you how ecstatic I am over these. So happy I took a chance and ordered them. No more cringing when I'm taking my son for a walk!
Very comfortable and nice looking shoe. The fit was perfect. Nice to find a wide width in a shoe that fits my style AND doesn't look wide. I'd buy this shoe again when I need a replacement pair. Worn these 4 times - each time for a relatively long period/few hours - and these were comfortable on the feet, however the shoe, in my opinion, does not have the structural support to walk long distances in. I bought these mostly for the style and to wear casually. I'm not sure how well these would work for a long exercise walk. I've worn these to walk the dogs only about a mile each time.
So far so good! These shoes fit as expected and accommodate my orthopedic inserts comfortably. For me, Propet shoes tend to run slightly large so I would go a half size smaller if I didn't want to use the inserts. I was able to wear them all day right after I first put them on. They are extremely lightweight and feel good for easy walking. Because they are mostly made of a mesh material, a drop of water goes right through them, so these are not shoes to wear when it rains. I wanted a very lightweight, comfortable pair of shoes that would fit my inserts, and that's exactly what I got.
I am an amputee with a very bad back and have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable yet have good support. I saw these shoes online and took a chance and ordered them. They are extremely light weight making them perfect for Texas hot summers but they seem to have very good support. They are classy looking and I have received so many compliments on them that I ordered a second pair in another color. I have the blue and the taupe. At least two other people who admired the shoes have ordered them. This was a great buy and I would heartily recommend them.
These were ridiculously narrow for being "2E". My foot hung over each side of the show by more than a quarter of an inch. That's after I read some of the other reviews and ordered a half size up. The arch support is a joke. It's maybe three quarters of an inch wide. Most shoes the support will go halfway across the sole. And to top it all off when I went to return it they made me pay for the return shipping because "The product didn't differ from the description." Never ever buying anything from shoe mall again. What a joke.
It's ok, I have a hard time finding wide width shoes that fir. As more & more local stores are not selling them, I have to go online to buy. These shoes are nice, snug, but still feel good for 3-4 hours. I found that when walking, I had to buy an insole to give me more cushion on the heel. Now they are better.
