When it comes to finding the perfect walking sneaker, the Easy Spirit Women's Romy8 stands out for its blend of comfort and aesthetics. The lace-up design not only is functional but also offers a fashionable edge that can complement various outfits.
The use of suede gives the Romy8 a premium feel, while the mesh panels ensure your feet stay cool during warmer days. This model is especially suited for casual walkers or those who spend a significant amount of time on their feet due to its focus on comfort.
When trying them on, you'll appreciate the removable insole which grants you the liberty to replace it with one that suits your unique footbed, particularly beneficial if you have specific arch support needs. However, potential buyers should note that some users have found the sizing to be a bit larger than expected, so it might be wise to try them on or consider ordering a size down.
On uneven surfaces, the rubber outsole proves its worth by providing the necessary grip and stability. Whether you're strolling through a park or running errands, the traction keeps you grounded.
While the sneaker excels in comfort and style, it's important to mention that it may not be the best choice for more rigorous physical activities and is not specifically designed for athletics.

A very comfortable sneaker I had no problems wearing this sneaker
Nice color and style. Good fit. Ordered 7W and they fit perfectly.
I have owned at least 5 pair of this model of shoe, designed for walkers. They fit well, offering lots of support. The toe box is roomy and doesn't cramp the toes. They cushion the feet while walking long distances and I usually wear them all day long. They are extremely comfortable and come in several designs, some in suede which I wear in winter, and others in leather for spring, fall summer.
I have always loved Easy Spirit shoes and these sneakers are no exception! They are attractive, easy to put on and very comfortable. I wear them every day and have no problems with tired or achy feet by the end of the day. I would order them again and recommend them to any woman who wants "Happy Feet."
just arrived thursday and i am very pleased with the fit and the color very comfortable i have used easy spirit for many years love that it holds up for a long time and does not fall apart like some others did, very well made.
Love this walking shoe. I have 3 pairs in different colors. Perfect fit 8 1/2 narrow.
Pleased with fit and quality of shoes
Edited for updated review* After wearing for approximately 2 weeks, the soles feel as if they have completely collapsed, and it feels as if I'm walking barefoot. There is no support the the shoe at all anymore, and my feet hurt by the time I'm done with my shift at the hospital. They are far too new to have degraded so quickly. I would advise looking for a different pair if you want them to hold up at all. While I can't say that these are "uncomfortable", I will say that they do not offer the support I hoped they would. I am on my feet all day, and I need a supportive shoe. Now, these do not cause pain, but they are not as comfortable as I hoped they would be, and the sole feels like it's breaking down (becoming squished and not bouncing back). They might work for some, but with me being on my feet for hours at a time in a hospital....they don't work for me.
