Brooks Women's Addiction Walker 2 Walking Shoe

The quality, support and comfort is unmatched. This is my 2nd pair, the first was so well worn there was no tread left. When these get to that condition I will certainly buy another.

Girlfriend works in food service at a local hospital. Size 12 feet, extra wide.Positive.+Anti-slip, comfortable all day long.She broke her ankle 13months ago, and we were worried.Good support.She wears them everyday.Only negative is shoe becomes slippery after several months, and we have to order new ones.

I bought these for clinicals in nursing school and was afraid as a heavier person, they wouldn’t hold up. They were a bit snug the first day. But I’ve been wearing them for months now and don’t have any aches and pains at the end of the day. They are so comfortable!

Sturdy and worth the money!

I have been wearing these shoes for 10+ years. Love them. Unfortunately, I think the design was changed. I cannot wear them any longer. usually I can wear them brand new out of the box and love them. This time, I had pain in the foot over the toe knuckle after about 2 hours. I thought I would try them again. I tried, and the pain came back again. OK, tried different style socks. Different inserts and I keep getting the same pain. So, I cannot really return them, but I will give them away I guess. I put my old Brooks on and the pain went away. In fact, the old shoes (I replace them every year, every other year) and I went and ran around a dog show conformation ring without issues. Still love my feet in the old shoes. Now I guess I will need to find a new pair of shoes/brand to wear moving forward.

Love the comfort and durability. These are the only shoes I buy.

This shoes is a liar, I almost fell and bang my head on the floor. I search for a shoes to use at work in the kitchen, and this shoes pop up and the review is good too. So I bought, and used it at work. Imagine if you step in the wet floor be careful, you will die. This used is terrible.

The shoe seems very well made, no complaints here. I had read that the shoes run true to size, I almost always wear a size 7, so that's what I ordered. It was so snug my feet felt cramped and I couldn't keep them on for more than ten minutes, I knew they were too small to hope they stretch out. So I ordered half size larger and will review when they arrive. They look like an orthopedic shoe, not particularly stylish, but comfort wins out in this case. The shoe had good support where I needed it, arch and heel and I feel with the right size they may work. Who cares if they are on the homely side, if my feet feel good. I can live with that. The shoe does not feel as heavy as it looks. They are made to support and that would account for the look, imo.
