I have always loved Brooks shoes and wanted a pure white pair. I like the feature of not having to tie shoestrings all the time with the velcro closures.
I am having hand surgery and needed a pair of shoes I didn’t have to tie, and could close with one hand. I also needed them to be sturdy enough for long walks and not inflame the arthritis in my feet. These were perfect.
I’ve bought several pair of these shoes over the years since I’m a teacher who has to stand all day. They offer great support and I need that. This time, I switched it up and got the Velcro straps on top. I can get ready in the morning even quicker. They’re so comfortable; love these shoes!

The insoles on these shoes are so hard, it's no better than stepping on the bare ground. My worn out hoka shoes are more comfortable. Please do not waste your money. I wish there was a satisfaction guarantee on these. Unfortunately the return policy says only in "original condition." I wore these shoes one day and they will be going in the trash.
