I bought these shoes for walking, in particular 3-7 -mile daily walks, where they are stable, not too heavy, and efficient. It quickly became my go-to street shoe and works nicely for commuting to the office, where I change into a black dress shoe. Cleans up nicely with a little fantastik. Lasted me 6 months until the sole wore down enough to degrade the comfort and now I’m back to buy again. No degradation of the upper during that time, I almost feel bad tossing the old pair.
The shoes are very attractive and are made out of material that makes them look good with jeans and a shirt. The fit is fantastic. They basically have more support then I've felt in some time including other ASICS gym and running shoes. Overall they're fantastic, comfortable and I'd definitely buy them again.
I use these walking shoes 2 or 3 times a week for 3 mile walks on paved trails. I find them properly sized and they were comfortable out of the box. The cushioning is good as is the support. A bit more arch support could be helpful for higher arched feet. Compares well with more expensive shoes from well-known brands.
Very comfortable
I bought these in Size 12 back in December 2022. They served as great work shoes for an active job that requires a lot of steps.I bought a new pair in size 12 earlier this month since I've worn through the old ones a bit. New pair in Size 12 is significantly narrower. I need a wide sole or I'll roll my ankle considering the movements I do at work. I'm returning these, but I wonder why the new shape???? Pictures show old shoe and new shoe for reference.
Best shoes I’ve bought in a number of years
Item was so light I thought the box was empty.Husband loved them.
This purchase was disappointing bc I've used Asics for years. They felt rigid yet not very durable. Not comfortable at all. I'll stick with my Merrill shoes for now. They don't provide near the support I need for plantar fasciitis.
