I love Alegria shoes for work. I have owned 3 pair previously and thought I would give these a try. The arch support is fine, but I have definitely had better. I've been wearing them for 2 weeks and my feet are starting to ache. I also found out the hard way that the bottom of the shoe is vented. It poured rain the other day and had to walk through some puddles to get my daughter off of the bus and my feet were soaked! While this would be a great feature in the warmer months, it was not pleasant for a February day in Ohio.
