When it comes to performance on the volleyball court, the Mizuno Wave Lightning Z6 impresses in several key areas. Firstly, the lightweight design ensures that you can move swiftly without feeling weighed down. This is especially beneficial during intense rallies where every millisecond counts.
The Wave technology incorporated into the sole provides exceptional cushioning and stability, which means you can jump higher and land softer. This feature is crucial when you’re making aggressive plays or diving for the ball. Additionally, the D-flex groove helps facilitate rapid direction changes, enabling you to pivot with ease and maintain momentum.
The shoe's breathability cannot be overlooked either. With an engineered mesh upper that promotes airflow, your feet will stay cool and dry even during the most demanding matches, reducing discomfort from sweat.
However, it's worth noting that while many players may find the fit sufficient, some could perceive it as slightly narrow. If you prefer a roomier fit, you might want to try a size up or consider alternative options.
In summary, the Mizuno Wave Lightning Z6 is an excellent choice for serious volleyball players looking for comfort, support, and agility on the court. It stands out for its lightweight nature and advanced technology, making it a worthy investment for anyone aiming to elevate their game.

Great shoes to play volleyball. My son outgrew his old ones and these fil well for him. He practices 3x a week with these shoes and says they are comfy and do not hurt his feet
Amazing shoes! First off, I have to say that the soles are so well-designed. The traction they provide while not sacrificing agility is perfect for me as a middle blocker.Next, the shock absorption is no joke. These shoes are definitely lifesavers when it comes to helping me land and taking away that shock. My knees are very grateful in particular for these shoes. I play on a hardwood volleyball court, and these shoes make it feel like I'm landing on gym mats.As for sizing and comfortability, I wear a size US 10 normally, so I chose size 10 for these shoes. They do run a little narrower than normal so you do have to put in some effort to get them on and off, but that's not a big hurdle to leap over because once you put on these shoes, they feel fantastically comfortable and they wrap around your foot just fine.Overall, great shoes, definitely a go-to for volleyball hitters.
I have been using asics for 22 years & tried mizuno this time . it fits much better & feels very light . moving left , right is very good . loved it . 5 star
Great shoe, lightweight, and breathes easily... Just have to break them in like any other and you are good to go!
I purchased these for a new season. I coach but also play in a couple of rec leagues. I purchased the men's version bc I have a wide foot and women's shoes are just too narrow and the fit is great. They look exactly as pictured. If there was anything to say even slightly negative, the top part at your ankle has a fabric-like material that may be difficult to clean later on, but so far they're perfect!
I first used it over the weekend and thought it was too tight since I could not wear thick socks with it. So I advise that you buy half or full size than your usual. Aside from that, I love the shoes especially the shape of the shoe tongue because it secured the shoe and tongue in place even when I jump and do lateral movements. Overall, it improved my game, although I noticed it was on the narrower end. I have wide feet, but the shoe stretched, and I felt no pain or discomfort.
Very confortable
The sneaker is really nice lightweight great for volleyball court however part of the Sole did Rip after only a couple of weeks of use that's the only thing I can really say that's no good about the sneaker. Going to try for around 2 cuz I did order them again hopefully it was just a defect in that one particular pair but I didn't order it from Amazon.
