I wore these in purple to my orthopedic practitioner appointment and she said that they were exactly what my feet needed. Ryka has discontinued this model, so I am grateful that I was able to get another pair in my size in black. They have great arch support and cushioning.
Ordered this shoe because I was trying to match the exact shoes I had before. While it looked and initially felt right, the heel cushion is in a different place so when I finally went to swap out my sneakers I found they were surprisingly uncomfortable. Waited too long so can't even return them.
I love Ryka sneakers. I have wide feet and they always fit perfectly. Makes my feet and me very happy.
I was very excited to get this sneakers when they astute I tried them on the fit was great I ordered a 6 W however they were not comfortable the insoles are super hard and the sole does not bend. I felt that I was walking on cement, they are going back.
I wore these shoes doing a lot of walking on vacation - minimal breaking in beforehand, and they were great! Love that there are half sizes and wide widths. The only downside is that they are mesh and let in more dust without keeping my feet that much cooler.
Weird fit. The fabric very stretchy. The shoe became loose with every step. The tongue short and not enough eyelets to maintain support. Ryka used to make a decent cross trainer. This particular style not up to the standard I recall from past Ryka’s.
I’ve tried multiple brands of shoes for the gym and lots of women wear them in class, but these just weren’t for me. They just didn’t give me the support I needed and felt so awkward in them because of the feel. May work for another but not for me. They were cute though
I ordered these because I have fairly wide, flat feet and I searched online for reviews for the best sneakers for that and this was one of the higher rated shoes. I wanted these to work because I really liked the look of them, and the rest of the shoe was comfortable, but they were just too narrow for me. Otherwise, they were very well made, I just couldn't wear them comfortably. If you have moderately wide feet, these will likely work, but if you have truly wide soles, look at New Balance shoes because their widths are more in line with those measurements.
