Hallelujah! Finally a shoe that’s not inky a true size 5, but is actually well made. I’ve been teach group ex classes for 40 years, and it has gotten harder and harder to find a sneak in my size that can hold up to what I do. 8 classes a week. I use these for my two old school hi/low aerobics classes, my step class, and my two HIIT classes, and they rock! Great support for both impact and lateral movement, great cushioning, and they’re cute. I love them so much I ordered additional colors and back up pairs. I’m a size 4 to 4 1/2 in sandals and heels, and typically wear a 5 in workout shoes. I also have a very narrow foot so if you’re in the tiny feet club like me GET THESE SHOES!!!
I really hope they don't go changing anything. I can't believe how much I love these shoes. I had a different pair that were supposedly for cross training and dance but those were mostly Zumba shoes and killed my arches. These are perfect! I got them originally for my Pound class, and they pivot beautifully, they have enough support for lunges, and they don't slip or slide. They have the right amount of squish and arch support without the bulk or heaviness of some shoes. If I could I'd grab another pair to save for when these run out. I've already started using them for other aerobics classes too, like step.
Love the support of these shoes. I was concerned that the affordable price would not give me the support I wanted. I was wrong. Great pair of shoes!
Fantastic arch support, true to size, light weight.
These shoes are soooooooo comfortable, and my current go-to for walking or exercise. Great arch support, great color--everything is great.
I just ordered other colors since I am so happy with these. Previously the Ryka Balance 2 was my favorite but these have edged them out. Not sure why but I get a slight rolling heel to toe which works well for my Achilles tendon issues. My foot isn't pushing toe toward the front as happens with other shoes. Enough room in the toe bed. I do use my own arch supports but that is standard no matter what shoe I wear.
