Love the design, felt great on my foot the moment I put it on. Perfect fit and good support for a lifting sneaker. I love these and will buy this model again and again. Can’t wait to workout! These shoes have a great arch support,but takes a minute to get used to them but I am able to wear them 9 hours in concrete floors without pain.
I started training at F45 and these are the perfect shoes. The cushion at the bottom inside of the shoe has a little incline and it is perfect. Getting a way better workout now with the right shoes.
I would squat , deadlift, Bulgarian split lunges. But not HIGH intensity interval training in this shoe . Great for kettlebell work
I loved the look of these shoes. But found them to be defective. The first order the plastic decoration around the heel was sticking out on one shoe. Returned them and reordered. Then the arch support on one of the shoes was too high and made my foot sore. Other shoe was ok. Then after wearing them just a few times the orange decorative cover on one of the shoe laces fell off. Quality is not good on this model. I have worn Rika's for over 20 years so I am disappointed.
These shoes are very comfortable, but the squeak when you walk… loudly.Additionally, good for CrossFit workouts but horrible for running.
It's comfy and light weigh.
