Got these to replace a pair of nano x trainers that have been using for about 18 months. Love the overall look, very comfortable, and much lighter than what they were to replace. The main issue for me was the lack of traction on my home gym floor. Wasn't terrible, maybe with a more textured floor would be fine but on my tile/foam floaring felt like I could slip easily. Doubt would be an issue for weights but for HIIT or more dynamic moves just wasnt confident. The cost was great so was worth a shot but returned.
