This type of shoe makes a significant difference in stability while squatting heavy weights. Would recommend. True to size, have a narrower foot. It is snug but the toes are not cramped and it should be well fitted so that the foot does not slide. Will say that the laces are thin and beginning to show wear after only few months, but these are replaceable and think they will still last a long time.
really comfortable with wide toe box, great stability for lifting (have used for overhead squats and regular back squats in CrossFit classes); have gotten alot of compliments on the colors. Very happy with the product, arrived right on time as expected.
Great shoe. Very stable for weightlifting and I am also able to do some short runs with them on.
I should’ve ordered one size bigger. They run a bit small and obviously not a big toe box. But for my narrow foot they weren’t bad. I’ve just been looking for a versatile lifter like the original CrossFit lifter from 6 years ago
I'm a 6.5 and had to return because they are really tight. I own a pair that's size 6 and the 6.5 was not much bigger.
Personal trainer here. 🙋♀️ These are great. ^_^ I didn’t want to get a pair of lifting shoes, it’s better to go without them if you can, but do to scar tissue in my ankle and limited ankle mobility, I had to get some for squatting. My physical therapist recommended these because the lift is minimal, they’re lightweight, and just look at them. 😍 I’m very happy with my purchase, I use them multiple times per week and they only feel better/look cuter as I break them in. Highly recommend. The do run a bit small, but I’d order your regular size instead of sizing up - they should be a snug fit (without bunching your toes) so your feet don’t slide around in them. The more you advance in your lifting, the more you’ll appreciate a snug fit. 👌
