I have an EEE right foot and an EE left foot, both lower arches and low volume. There's no denying this is a well made shoe that's definitely wide enough to accommodate EEE. I'd wager a EEEE would even better. The issue with the shoe is that the width is increased dramatically in the heel as well, and extra volume is added to the upper. I will give Diadora credit to the fact it seems an entirely different last was used in developing this wide model and not just extra material added to the upper as many companies appear to do.To be clear my sizing was correct at least in length. I couldn't have gone smaller. The shoe is also very plush. In fact, too plush for me. Tons of very soft cushioning in the tongue and lining. The ground feel wasn't there either and it just felt clunky and didn't provide the sensation I like in tennis shoes. I think the Adidas Barricade '23 that only comes in standard D width works better for my feet even sized down to a near a 1:1 fit.And while I don't think the Barricade '23 is as cool of a shoe as the Torneo 2, and probably not as well regarded at least as a stability shoe, my feet have spoken!
