For reference, my shoe and slipper size is US Men's 7. I bought a medium listed to fit feet that are US Men's 7-8.5. The house slippers run small, very small. I have yet to try it, but from reading reviews, it is way too big when you go up in size. A little disappointed that the sizes don't match. Overall though, the quality seems pretty good, and would be comfortable if they fit.
