These flip flops fit true-to-size. They are comfortable and give good arch support. The style is classy enough for dressy occasions, but they can also be worn as everyday shoes, or just around the house.I normally go barefoot in my house. I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and my podiatrist wants me to wear shoes at all times. I mentioned my Vionics, and he replied, “I have those at home.” Obviously, his are not the same design. Ha ha. Anyway, these are shoes he says I can wear with my current diagnosis, and after wearing them and another pair of shoes with arch support, my foot is now pain free!Keep in mind, these have a GOOD arch support, and a FIRM foot bed. They can take some getting used to. If you have ever had to wear any type of orthotic, you probably understand what I am talking about. If you have never had to wear any type of orthotic or specialty insole, you will want to break these in by wearing them for short periods of time to begin with. Don’t be surprised if they are uncomfortable at first. It is just because your foot is not used to having such good support.I really like these shoes, but I deducted one star because they are not easy to clean. The insole is microfiber. Your feet won’t slide around in these shoes, but the cloth will get dirty, and I don’t know how well it will hold up to repeated cleaning.This is one flip flop doctors will approve of. So, if you don’t want to give up wearing flip flops, but you need a good supportive shoe, these will fit the bill.I recommend these flip flops.
Really liked the arch support and fit was good but those bumps bothered my feet after a couple hours. Could not wear them all day.
