The Teva Men's Hurricane XLT2 Sandal is a stylish yet functional footwear option designed for outdoor enthusiasts. These sandals provide an upgraded level of comfort compared to their predecessor, the Hurricane XLT, thanks to enhancements like soft heel-strap padding and improved traction. Whether you're planning a day hike or a leisurely stroll through the park, this sandal aims to deliver both style and performance.

When it comes to comfort, the Teva Men's Hurricane XLT2 excels with its cushioned heel tab and EVA foam midsole, providing support that you can count on throughout the day. The lightweight construction makes them ideal for activities such as hiking and beach outings, allowing for easy movement without the burden of heavy footwear.
The adjustable straps are another highlight, featuring quick-drying polyester webbing that stands up to the elements, making these sandals perfect for those spontaneous water adventures. The hook-and-loop closure ensures a snug fit, which is crucial when navigating uneven surfaces.
One area where these sandals shine is in their traction. The Rugged Durabrasion Rubber outsole gives you confidence while traversing different terrains, whether it’s sandy trails or rocky paths. However, keep in mind that they may not perform as well on extremely rugged landscapes.
While some users have reported that the sandals can feel a bit stiff initially, breaking them in generally mitigates this issue. Overall, the Teva Men's Hurricane XLT2 Sandal is a versatile choice for those who seek comfort and performance without compromising on style.

Thrilled with my purchase of TEVA Men's Hurricane Xlt2 Sandals! The quality is outstanding—durable, comfortable, and perfect for any adventure. What's even better? The amazing price! These sandals offer premium quality without the premium cost, making them an excellent value for money. The size was spot-on, providing a comfortable fit right out of the box. No surprises there. Additionally, the color was exactly as expected, adding a stylish flair to my outdoor footwear collection. In summary, these sandals are a fantastic buy. Top-notch quality, unbeatable price, and they meet size and color expectations. Whether you're hiking or just enjoying a casual day out, TEVA Men's Hurricane Xlt2 Sandals deliver on every front. Highly recommend!
10/10 on all fronts. Looks fantastic. Super comfortable, straps are easy to adjust, and every one of the adjusts to fit your foot perfectly. They’re also very durable, and handle river rocks, and sharp hikes with no problem, and no foot slide. Also very easy to put on and take off. I even put socks in under them instead of shoes one night of a festival, and was warm enough. 10/10 recommend
These are excellent Tevas. They are very supportive, comfortable and well made. Much better than several other models I tried. As a longtime Teva user, I highly recommend this model.
I returned this item, but only because I bought a different color/style from a local shoe store (Amazon ran out of the color I wanted, I purchased a different one because I was impatient, then found the one I wanted locally and returned the Amazon pair).I've used Chacos (Z Cloud style, without the toe strap) most of my adult life, so I wanted to try what I thought of as "the other big name sandal brand". I have only owned the Tevas for about 2-3 weeks so far, while my current pair of Chacos have lasted me 8 years and still counting (they are starting to develop damage). I think I would like to return in a year or so for a more comprehensive review. For now, my short term thoughts on the Tevas so far:- These Tevas are lighter than the Chacos - this probably means less fatigue, but to me it makes the Tevas feel not as "solid" as the Chacos. I guess the weight is reassuring to me.- I can't really just slip on the Teva and walk around without tightening the strap because the loose strap gets in the way of walking, and the Teva feels like it doing to fall off. With the Chaco, I don't necessarily have to tighten the strap and it won't bother me while walking around, and it's still fairly secure on my foot. This is because of the cross strap that the Chaco has rather than the strap on the side of the foot for the Teva.- I find the way to tighten the straps on Chacos to be ultimately easier and faster than the Tevas, but the Tevas are more obvious and simple. YMMV- The straps on the Tevas have more cushion, especially on the heel. My feet also feel equally secure in both brands when I tighten the straps down.- I worry that the velcro on the Tevas will wear out faster than the simple buckle on the Chaco, but that's my gut worry for now.- I get made fun of for my Chaco tan lines. Not sure Teva tans will be all that much better, but one can hope!Overall, I believe the Tevas will still see plenty of use - they are a good, solid pair of sandals that I hope will last me years. I so far prefer my Chacos, but I have room for more than one type of sandal. I hope to return within a year or so to update the review with my experiences at that point.
Second Pair. I would buy again and recommend to a friend.
Bought for my 94yo dad; he loves them! Accurate sizing; we bought the 9 Wide model- perfect fit. Excellent tread/grip pattern.
My Tevas just bit the dust after 13 years, so i decided on these and I'm so happy I did! They're super comfy and will hopefully last me another decade!
I am a woman with size 12 feet. These men's size 11 sandals fit me perfectly in length and width. The velcro adjustable straps really help. Nothing digs in and there are no rub spots. The treads are pretty aggressive which is a good thing for me. Time will tell as to how they wear. I like the colors and I love that Teva gives men a choice besides the usual plain black, gray or brown.
