Position of straps is perfect for catching your little toes, and they run large.
I wear these as house slippers, they are so good, comfortable and durable that I have bought three pairs so far, they are durable and I haven't discarded any, I bought three because they are so good and I wanted them in different colors. They are very cushioned and comfortable and since they are made of stretchy material they adjust to your foot width. I don't know why these say "men's", I bought my regular women's size 10 and they fit perfectly.
These sandals were cute and comfortable, but they were way too wide. Return was quick and easy.

The stretchy straps are not good for thinner feet. My foot pushes all the way through and they will only worsen with time as the elastic stretches.
