These turned out to be much cuter than I could have imagined. The comfort is there, but when you spend over 8 hours you can start feeling it rub where the buckle is. Now that could be that I was unable to find size 8 1/2 and chose to go down a half size, rather than up. Keep this in mind when reading this review, over all I would buy these in every color I could get me hands on.
I usually wear a size 9. I ordered the 10's and they fit perfectly. They were a little uncomfortable until I got them wet...they are amazing now.
Please pay attention before buying. These are not the rubber Skechers Reggae but plastic Skechers Cali which is a different fit. They look just like the Reggae line which is why I bought them but much as I've tried I can't break them in. They leave my foot painful and uncomfortable. There is no give at all. They're very rigid plastic. I have other brand plastic shoes that are very comfortable but this plastic is awful. Skechers missed the mark on these sandals. Pretty but incredibly uncomfortable.
The foam shoe is lovely to look at however the proportions of the shoe to your foot are not right. The thong strap between the big toe and next toe is VERY STIFF and annoying, slightly off in distance, not falling in my foots natural form. Also the distance between ball of foot and arch doesnt fit right. Sadly I will be returning, looking for same shoe without the thong between the toes. The color is very light neutral, pleasing to the eye. My foot is exactly 10.75" long, size 9 just fits. Perhaps increasing a half size would fix the proportion issue.
I wear a size 9, which I ordered. They just fit, so if you’re a 1/2 size, order a size bigger. They are very comfortable. The only complaint I have is one of the straps was put on backwards and has to be twisted in order to secure. I’m not sure if this will be a problem. I would have returned them, but because they can’t just be exchanged for another pair and have to be returned and reordered, I decided to keep them. They would cost way more to order another pair.
They took a little while braking in, but now are very comfortable and I like the fact that you can get them wet and they still look very nice.
Unfortunately, these caused some incredible blisters. I normally have excellent luck with skechers, and the bottoms certainly are cushions, but the straps cause terrible blisters! Not too bad for a quick run to a store, NOT great for all day.
These are amazing! They fit perfectly and DONT slip or slide when they’re wet! These were the perfect shoes for our trip to the Bahamas! So comfy! I have really bad plantar fasciitis and these shoes didn’t hurt my feet at all!
