I followed the sizing guide, and they fit perfectly. I have seen other reviews where they complain about the sizing, But following the direct size and guide on the screen, made for a perfect fit straight out of the box. The comfort and fit even for a person of my size is fabulous. I recommend this to my friends and to people who just randomly read this. Even for a fatty (like me) the cushion it more than adequate and the top strap is well padded.
these are incredible flip-flops. they are true to size and extremely light weight while being very supportive, not mushy at all, the strap on top is foam padded on inside, so super comfy. Wouldn't hesitate to order these, they are incredible.Shoe mall sent them Fed-Ex and they were packaged extremely well, so would recommend them for future purchases. I purchased two of these sandals for myself and my son (size 11 & 12) during Prime special. Really liked the quality and comfort of the sandals but found that they run a little larger. I normally wear a 12 but the 11 fit was way better. My son liked the 12 so we switched. Very comfortable and recommend this to anyone but make sure you either order the right size cause they do run bigger so I would go a size down.

13s are like 15s as they run very big. Sizing down one fits perfect. Great in the shower and around the pool. So much better looking than having those ugly adjustable Velcro top style.
