These were the best flip flop purchase. I had foot surgery and these were perfect. The straps were never to tight as my foot would swell it would stretch to my foots size. The foot support was awesome . So comfortable. Absolutely perfect

I have worn Ryka shoes for about 30 years. Some of their styles now are not as comfortable as the originals since the company sold out to another corporation. BUT, this sandal is perfection. In my 70's I decided that I had never experience Plantar Fasciitis so I thought I'd give it shot....and now know what everyone was talking about with the pain. Nope, don't want to do that again. Tried several very expensive shoes that were advertised for just that problem and it was such a waste of money and they seemed to exacerbate the issue. Started wearing my Ryka tennies and it did help but not completely. Decided to give these sandals a try and I am totally sold to the point that I now have 5 pairs in different colors. If you can find them grab them because I think this style is no longer made and the others that I have tried (3 other Ryka styles) do not even come close to the arch support of this style. So sad to see another great company sell out and bite the dust. Good luck because if there are any size 6 out there I am on it! Oh, by the way, both feet are fine now and I can wear all the other shoes I own but I pretty much live in these sandals so thank goodness I live in the South.
I ordered a size 8 in these as the description indicates that they are true to size. They are too short because the strap between the toes is not placed properly. It is closer to the middle of the shoe than the front end. Very disappointing because they are very cute shoes otherwise. I love the Ryka tennis shoes but would not recommend these sandals unless you buy a size up - and they would probably still look awkward looking due to the placement of the strap.
I loved these so much, I bought a second pair for once the first pair wear out. I wear these every time I go outside. I'm debating using the second pair as an inside-only pair for more comfort around the house with how much I'm home (WFH) and how much my feet hurt. Not only are the soles cushy and supportive but the top strap is also cushioned, soft, and stretchy. The skin between my toes never chaffs with these no matter how much I walk I think them. I've never had a more comfortable sandal.
Finally, a shoe that fits a wide foot! I ordered and returned so many flip flops that said they would fit wide feet, but they didn’t.These do.
