Shoes were too wide so I returned them & I still have not received my refund. I called my credit card. company & they never received the refund. The refund should be $88.95. This is my 3rd request.
I have a pair of Rockports in the same style in black suede, so I ordered these anticipating the same fit. My normal size is 10W. The shoe was too wide, making my foot slide forward and my toes to overhang the top of the shoe. I even tried my current ones on to make sure my foot didn't mysteriously shrink. I am really disappointed because they are really cute shoes.
The straps were too large and my feet are bigger. No way to keep them on my feet.
I love it
