Bought a couple pairs of these over the years but my most recent purchase from their website has been staining my feet brown from the dye. They’re made much cheaper now, had to throw them out because their customer service team isn’t helping out like you’d hope.
I have worn size 12 for over 50 yrs. In all those years I have never had a shoe/sandal that was as small as this product. When I first put them on I thought I should return these and order size 13. However I have been trying to find a leather flip flop that also looked good. I thought I could maybe make these work. My mistake, I wore them for 2 days trying to break them in but all I did was rub a large raw place on both feet between my toes because the strap wasn't hitting in the proper place. I had already threw away al of the packing material so I figure I'll keep them but never will I wear them again.I don't know if size 13 would have been a better fit but I will never know. If you order these be advised to order 1 size larger that you usually wear
4 months after I bought them, the sole is coming apart at the front.
Returned the sandals day after I received them. The strap across the top of your foot was so tight I could not slip my flat hand under it. Returned by UPS, and 2 weeks today the same package was delivered back to me, same old sandals,
Sandals scuffed and have a visible footprint in them. No tags or wrapping. Just looks like used sandals thrown in a brown box. Buyers beware.
