These boots are so cute and very comfortable but they run very small. Based on reviews, I ordered a half size and 1 width up and they fit great. I could have gone a full size up and even wider and I don't think they would have been too big. I was concerned about the width of the ankle and shaft opening (11 3/4 in) because I have athletic calves and one of my ankles is swollen from surgery. Both feet went in easily with no problem zipping up. There is even room for me to tuck in my jeans. The foot bed is cushioned but nothing special but I can add some support. So happy with these.
I love these shoes. They're comfortable. They're a bit on the wide side of medium, but that suits my feet perfectly. The ankle support is good as well. I've bought probably at least five pairs over the past few years. The trouble is that I've bought five pairs over the past few years; they fall apart after a few months of wear. Specifically, the sole becomes detached from the fabric part of the boot, eliminating any water-proofing measures and over time results in holes large enough to poke a finger through. I bought my last pair at the end of March, and less than two months later, I stepped in a puddle and my socks got soaked. Granted, I do wear them every day and walk two or three miles a day, but they are described as walking shoes, after all. I won't be buying them again, unless there's a truly irresistible sale.
I bought a half size larger than my usual size and they're still a little snug. These are great for putting on quickly to take the dog out or going on errands. They have fairly good arch support for a boot at this price point but I wouldnt wear for hiking or a lot of walking. They have been fine so far for temps around freezing or 20s - we haven't had terrible cold yet in Minnesota this year. We did have one significant snow and my feet stayed dry and warm.
I wear 8 1/2 wide shoes so with boots I have to order a size up and double wide. I have RA so trying to find a boot that I can wear is a chore. These boots are wonderful. I have to wear thin socks because the fleece gets very warm and easier to put on.
I wear less than a size 9 ww in almost every shoe and boot I've bought for years. The Propet brand 8 ww has always been perfect for me. These are TINY compared to my usual experience. I bought a size larger than usual to fit bulky socks in, and even with regular socks, they hurt my feet. With the seller's return policy, it's silly to return them. Buyer beware.
I am very happy with these boots. I am very hard to fit since I need very wide shoes do to a bunion. These fit very well. I am so happy to find boots that are fairly comfortable. And they are keeping my feet quite warm during this cold spell. I recommend them highly. Not stylish, but that is not important in this weather.
This boot is awesome and it works in several feet of snow to keep your feet dry and doesn't let any moisture in. Soft and fuzzy on the inside.
Top is Way too big and loose.
