The XX wide size if a good fit if you are in the EEE to EEEE range. Well built and easy to adjust if your feet are somewhere close to normal in shape. Just how they might wear over time I can't say. Depends on just how much you will wear them, of course.
I have wide feet and a high instep. I have bought (and returned) many pairs of sandals (both expensive and cheap) because they did not fit. I took a chance on these and they are great. I bought 2 pair so that I can rotate them and let them dry out. The sandals have real leather straps, instead of synthetic, and the price was good. I have never purchased Propet shoes before and I was pleasantly surprised. I really like these sandals.
There are nice and wide, comfortable fit.
Thrilled to have found these sandals for my husband! He has terrible foot issues & needs really wide shoes & sandals. The XX-wide in these sandals work great for him, says they're the most comfortable footwear he's had in years!! I have very wide feet so it is difficult to find shoes that fit, especially when buying on-line. Therefor, choosing the correct size Propet Daytona sandal was tricky. After a bit trial and error I found the size that fit me best: 9.5 xx wide. In other brands I can range from 9-10,x to xx wide, but these are the same size as my Propet Hiking boots which are very comfortable! If I had only checked earlier it would have made ordering easy!So, these sandals are supportive and can adjust 3 ways to ensure proper fit. They are well made,stitching is done properly and are comfortable around the house or walking down the road. I would definitely buy these again.
On my second pair, these are great sandals for those of us with wide feet, very comfortable and they look great.
I have very wide feet. The soles of the sandals were wide enough, but the straps were much too short to fasten across the tops of my feet. It’s as though a wide sole was mated to a medium upper. Very disappointing, because the sandals appeared to be well made.
First off, as you can see by the picture, the box was pretty smashed when I received. Cannot put the blame on any specific reason since, don’t know what happened. The sandals were packed fine and no problem as far as they were concerned. My reason for the three star review is because of not only the box, but did not like the fit of the sandals. They did fit well as well as not being very comfortable. The straps were also quite long. Disappointed with these propet sandals since, they don’t seem like they are being made like they used to. My last pair I had for several years and were outstanding. Oh well. I will be sending them back.
