OOFOS Women's Unisex Slide Sandal Review: Comfort and Recovery Redefined

I work from home and use a standing desk, and therefore, stand all day. I can’t wear the same shoes all day, but these are part of my rotation. I have super high arches and these are comfy for a few hours but then they become uncomfortable. Perhaps just me. I wear one pair of shows for a couple of hours and change to a different pair. Also, I only wear these indoors. I have 3pr Oofos and do not wear them outdoors. My feet are narrow and these are too wide for me to wear as an outdoor shoe. Great house shoe!!

At least 75% reduction in my walking pain on first day. They actualy made me want to walk! Everyone is different - Oofos are a real Game Changer for me. I held off on the pirchase, thinking they were overpriced. Wrong! Give them a try, they are clearly a real innovation, unlike any other footwear I have worn. Highly recommend trying a pair.

I rarely leave reviews. And when I do, I especially don’t do it as soon as I open the package. However, in this case I felt like I had to. Straight out of the package I can tell these are going to be a game changer on my feet. I want to give special kudos to the company for including in their Amazon sale page in appropriate sizing chart that actually correlates a measured foot length from heel to toe with the relevant sizes they offer. Clearly shoe sizing is far from standard. In fact I now wonder why every single shoe company does not include a comparison of measured lengths to the sizes they offer. Very simple solution so nobody ever screws it up. Anyway the product is super lightweight unbelievably cushioning and are now my permanent indoor sandals as I have found myself feeling sore after a long day of work and especially in my new house with tiles. My wife put them on and I actually forgot to give them back to me so I have a feeling we will need to buy a second pair. So happy walking everyone, cheers!

My podiatrist recommended I get these for my painful feet, and I was skeptical. When they arrived, I was still skeptical - they looked like not-very- attractive gray plastic slides. But when I tried them on, I changed my mind! I couldn't believe they were sooooo cushy and lightweight, while still providing good arch support. You do find yourself saying "ooooo" when you slip them on! These shoes are extremely comfortable, and my feet don't hurt! I bought the size I usually wear for my average width feet, and while the length is right, because the strap over the top of the foot is rather large for me (I suppose because it is unisex/men's sizing), my foot does tend to slip forward a bit when I wear them. In very hot weather I also find the soles of my feet sweat a bit. This however does not change how great they feel or how I can walk in them. I will definitely be buying more of these!

I'm trying to find a decent and supportive sandal similar to orthoheel (Vionic is close, but not really), and thought I'd give this one a try, ordered the 5 B(M) for medium width as C/D wasn't offered as well as not 5.5 size. It's made of rubber and feels nice when you try it on and stand on it.However, the strap is TOO TIGHT and I can't slide my feet in them; I have to manually stretch the strap and get my feet into it. Then, I tried with a light compression sock to see if it'd slip in better, but no. Nevertheless, I wore it a bit, no more than 15 min a day, for a few days inside my place. It's also wobbly because of the cut at the bottom, and I guess in time it may not be an issue. I wasn't satisfied because it also doesn't provide sufficient support for my arches (when you stand on and walk, the rubber squishes, and the arch part leaves a little gap as it squishes with the weight), and since it's relatively expensive, I planned to return it. Then I canceled the return after reading some of the reviews that mention that it stretches and to try again to see if I'd like it. I thought I'd keep it anyway as I don't like to go through the hassle of returns, so I decided to take a longer walk outside with it, basically just around my building while I walked my dog.That definitely helped me make a decision: I won't keep it. I ended up with a new pain on my feet (heels and big toes), I almost sprained one as I almost bent my foot walking, and more importantly, the lack of sufficient, stiffer arch support left a lot to be desired.I was really hoping I could use it, but I'm returning it as it doesn't work for me.

I have an extreme case of neuropathy. My feet are always stinging and burning, with the greatest pain coming every night when I get in bed and the blood starts to run away from my feet that have been down all day. It’s torturous! I’ve spent thousands on special shoes and inserts from very big well known shoe and therapy companies. Nothing really helped. While on vacation in Hawaii, I went to a event where people sale their goods. This is where I found OOFOS and tried them on. SHOCKED when I took the first steps and it felt as if I were walking on marshmallows! I never found anything that brings me comfort until I purchased my 1st pair of OOFOS! Now, I own 4 pairs! After wearing my OOFOS all day long and even while doing my daily 4 mile walks, I retire to bed now with minimal pain and no pins & needles and burning sensation. OOFOS are my miracle shoe! I will wear them as my primary shoe for life! I STRONGLY recommend this product to anyone who suffers with foot nerve pain or any other foot discomfort! YOU WON’T BE SORRY! MORE THAN WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT! I’d even pay more! MUST HAVE!
