I had a pair of these slides and I loved them. They were very comfortable and waterproof. Then, the place where the top and the bottom met, ripped. I was very disappointed. I wore them basically every day after I got them. Another problem I ran into was the padding underneath the strap of the slide if it got wet it would smell very much. It does work if you clean it with Simple Green, though. I loved them so much, and I wish they didn't break. I think they are amazing but I probably won't be getting another pair.
I bought these slides for my 8 year old. After 2 weeks of normal wear, the strap completely separated from the shoe. When I filed a claim with Nike and sent the shoe back for inspection, they dismissed it. They said they couldn't tell how old the shoe was despite the fact that the receipt of purchase was included in the shoe. Unless you're prepared to by this shoe every 2 weeks, don't bother.
