I have barely there arches which seem to get worse with age. The FitFlop brand popped up during my research for a quality, comfy slide. I can walk around my house all day in these without any discomfort. I'm taking away a star because the stretch fabric on the slide keeps attracting my cat's fur and any other dust it comes in contact with.
My sister and sister-in-law love Fitflops. I have R/A and these are, as the kids say, these are the bomb. To walk barefoot is like walking on rocks. These are by far the most comfortable to wear around the house. there have been a few times I forgot what I was wearing and realized I still had them on at the store. Not a bad thing but I like them for around the house. Having a hard time finding them. Hope they aren't being discontinued.
I do like these sandals for everyday, wear around the house usage, but they are not the same as the 30 or so other pairs of FitFlops I own. I was hoping for something cushy, like my regular FitFlops. These have a tiny bit of cushion and a little bit of a wobble board inside. Don't get me wrong, I do like them and will continue to wear them indoors only. Just don't expect them to be anything like the comfort of regular FitFlops.
I have this sandal in all of the colors now that I’ve purchased the black. Fitflop is a favorite brand. I usually wear a size 6 but size down to a 5 in the open back styles such as this one. These are comfy because of the stretchy material, easy to get on and off and the soles are durable. Love them. I saw another review where someone said these run wide. I find them to run in an average width and my foot isn’t wide nor narrow.
This is my second pair of Uberknit slides. The first pair had a black sole which made them a bit dressier. I found these slides to be very comfortable. The first pair stretched out a bit so I ordered these. I wish I could order more colors.
The problem is the material area, in order to wear you need fix it each time you put on and put off. Not easy if on a rush.
I didn't like the stretchy top. I am using as house shoes and you can't put them on easily if your feet are wet.
I use these a house slippers. They are not really supportive, but the heel cushioning is good. I like the bit of sparkle!
